Many people seek to develop a deep sacred connection with the healing power of Nature, but are not sure how. What I share below is an ancient Tibetan practice known as Sur Chöd that helps us connect with and bring balance to Nature, ourselves, and all those around us. While honoring the ancient form, I have created a modern version that is more accessible to a Western audience.
This practice may also be performed after the death of a loved one to help them achieve peace and a higher rebirth, and to help the living say their goodbyes and process their grief and loss.
